Get the new year off on the right start by getting your largest investment, your home, ready for the new year and the rainy season ahead.  Here are a few options to help:

Yearly Wellness check: Every year we go to the doctor to get an annual physical to make sure there are no issues and to try to catch issues before they become a problem.  The same is true for your roof.  If you can catch issues before they become problems, it saves you money and a bunch of headaches later on.  So, between now and May 15th, the start of the Rainy Season, we are offering homeowners to have one of our experienced project managers  to come take a look, provide a photo report, and provide guidance for a small fee.  Additionally, while they are there, they will address any small issues on the roof while they are doing their inspection.  If larger issues are found, they will then provide you with a detailed estimate and the cost of the wellness check will be deducted from the cost of the repairs. Pricing is as follows:

Shingle Roof: Fee is $250.00 and includes an inspection, a photo report, a repair estimate if needed, and any small repairs needed such as caulking vents, pipes, flashing, and any torn shingles. 

Tile roof: Fee is $300.00 and includes an inspection, a photo report, a repair estimate if needed, and any small repairs needed such as caulking vents, pipes, flashing, and any small cracks on the tiles.
