When I was younger, I worked in my father's general contracting business witch included roofing. This doesn't make me an expert, but I do know more about the business than the average person. Providential Roofing was recommended to my by a neighbor as a result of his good experience with the company. I met with their rep (Ash) within a couple days of contracting the company. From that point on, the entire experience was 5 star. Ash is a complete professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. He sat down with me and went through everything in detail. He answered all questions well to my satisfaction. He was always just a phone call away and never failed to respond to a call or a text. He is very knowledgeable about the insurance process and was able to have my entire cost covered, minus deductible. The roofers are top notch professionals and FAST! I have a 4000 sq ft house and they were in and done in 2 1/2 days! I am totally satisfied and would recommend them to my now retired father, who owned a successful roofing business for over 45 years!

Providential Roofing and Construction just completed a total reroofing on my home. Their work was fabulous. They were on time, professional, and completed the work in the time stated to me. Aaron Bailey, Vice President, was fabulous to work with! From the beginning inspection right through the final city inspection, he was right there for every step. He carefully walked me through the entire process, arranged the insurance inspection, negotiated with the insurance company to obtain full coverage, and was continuously on hand to make the sure everything was being done appropriately. He immediately returned any text messages I sent and answered all the calls I made immediately.
I now have a beautiful new roof which has already been reflected in an increase in my homes value. Thank you Providential and Aaron!
